What kind of meat is used for the patties?Our smash burgers are made with fresh 100% Black Angus Beef.

How are the burgers cooked?No oil, no butter, just pure goodness. Seasoned with kosher salt and pepper.

What ingredients are used for the fries?Our fries are crafted with premium quality soybean oil and seasoned with a touch of salt.

Do you have vegetarian options?Yes. We offer the Impossible patty.

Do you have gluten-free options?We offer gluten-free buns, but we cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free environment due to the possibility of cross-contamination in our small kitchen, with the responsibility resting on the customer. Additionally, we offer milkshakes that can be made gluten-free by removing the cookies (oreo/lotus biscoff), essentially creating a plain ice cream milkshake.

What ingredients are used for GF buns?Corn Starch, Long Grain Milled, Potato Starch, Corn Starch, Water, Food Starch, Yeast, Faba Bean Protein, Granulated Sugar, Enzymes, Xanthan, Pea Fiber, Pea Starch, Sorghum Flour, Pea Fiber, Brown Rice y Calcium.

What kind of milk is used for the milkshakes?Whole milk only.

Can I add more than 3 patties to my burger?No. We've carefully crafted the perfect balance to savor and preserve the flavor of our burgers. Each burger can be ordered as a single, double, or triple.

Can I add a different ingredient to my burger?No. Our policy is that you can remove any ingredients you'd like, but you cannot add ingredients from other burgers. Keep it simple, keep it tasty!

Do you have parking?Sorry, no parking on site. You'll have to find a spot in Wynwood and Little Havana or check out the private lots nearby.

Do you offer delivery?Yeah, catch us only on UberEats.

Do you offer catering services?We don't offer catering services, but you can reach out to us at hello@skinnylouie.com to see if our team can help with your event. Or, you can place an order through Uber Eats for pickup at the store.

I'm having issues with my Uber order. How can I resolve it?We totally get how frustrating that must be. Since the order went through Uber, you’ll need to file a claim on their platform to request a refund. We usually can’t make adjustments on our end, so any refunds or credits have to go through them.
