At Skinny Louie, we keep things simple: a simple menu, done fast and done right. What started as a smash burger joint in Florida quickly expanded to New York City, building a laid-back brand focused on real quality and consistency. Our menu is straightforward and accessible: three smash burgers, three milkshakes, fries, and sodas. We make every burger with 100% fresh Black Angus beef patties, fresh ingredients, thin and crispy fries, and our own house-made sauce prepared in-house. Behind every smash burger is a carefully crafted recipe where each component plays its role, delivering a bold, honest, and satisfying burger experience that goes beyond just
